Wildtype Tasting Bar
Wildtype is transforming the food system with sushi-grade Pacific Northwest salmon made through cellular agriculture—no fishing or farming required. They hired us to design a flagship tasting bar that highlights their innovation.
Our scope spans spatial and lighting design, environmental graphics, murals, and an immersive adaptive light bar. Collaborating with the architect, we’re overseeing concept to installation. Sustainable materials, like upcycled ocean plastics, were used for pendant lights and shelving, while murals reflect Wildtype’s history and vision.

Our team worked with Wildtype to create a space that functioned as an omakase tasing bar to showcase their product.
-
The old space was a brewery with 80ft ceilings. We designed an interactive soffit, creating an intimate space that made you feel like you were transported to a small Japanese omakase bar.
-
To highlight their whimsical brand we created two large-scale murals. Each was created using their original brand identity sketches and designs with an ERL twist.
