Fremont Bridge Lights
Commissioned by the Office of Arts & Culture and the Seattle Department of Transportation.
In recognition of more than 100 years in operation, was tasked with creating a permanent art lighting installation on the Fremont Bridge. As part of a two-year artist and residency program, lighting installation frameworks have also been developed for two other historic bridges in Seattle.
The organizations commissioned us to create a contextually sensitive art lighting design that reflects seasonal, solar and lunar patterns.
